01 Confident or correct?
If an AI sounds certain, does that make it right?
Confidence is not evidence. Choose one simple claim and check a suitable book.
02 Who did the learning?
If AI finishes your homework, what have you learnt?
Explore the difference between support and substitution. Explain a familiar method to someone at the table.
03 Who is missing?
Whose point of view might an AI answer leave out?
Look for missing perspectives without assuming what a group thinks. Discuss the fictional playground from Lesson 3.
04 Keep it private
What would you never tell a chatbot?
Personal information and other people's privacy deserve care. Invent a fictional example instead of using a real detail.
05 Can it be fair?
Should an AI decide who gets picked for a team?
Fairness depends on purpose, evidence and human accountability. Suggest a fair way to choose a pretend team.
06 Helpful or too helpful?
When does help stop you learning?
Support needs can differ; more help is not automatically wrong. Try a puzzle with one small clue.
07 Seeing is believing?
If a picture looks real, how could you check where it came from?
Provenance and context are more reliable than guessing from visual glitches. Discuss where you would look before sharing.
08 Make it yours
If AI gives you an idea, what makes the finished work yours?
Explore contribution, ownership and school expectations. Invent two different endings to the same story starter.
09 Would you disagree?
What would make you disagree with an AI answer?
Encourage reasoned disagreement and willingness to change your mind. Challenge one fictional claim respectfully.
10 Should we use AI?
Just because AI can do something, should we use it?
Deliberately choosing not to use a tool is also a judgement. Name one activity your family wants to keep human.
11 One more check
If two chatbots agree, is that enough evidence?
Agreement is not the same as independent verification. Choose a reference you would trust for a familiar topic.
12 Explain it without it
Could you explain what you learnt after closing the screen?
Look for understanding through explanation, demonstration or drawing. Teach someone one thing you know.
